Mixture Review: Oxfam Canada B.6
Oxfam Canada Stamp program

The mixture arrived 23 days after the order was placed, reflecting increased mail delivery to and from Canada and perhaps other factors.
Advertized as United States Mix: 2 kilos, more defins than commems $35
However, there is some uncertainty about the extra postage to the USA and the seller, a charity, noted they would like to be compensated for that, which is fair because the price is postpaid only to Canada addresses.
Some of the material is donated by collectors. In the scanned sample you will see some Canadian stamps included. There are also some other foreign stamps, including off-paper packet filler.
Among the off-paper donated stamps, some were collectible and some were damaged.
The mix contains plenty of on-paper commemoratives and definitives across decades, not just recent self-adhesive stamps that are difficult to remove. The arrow in the illustration points to damage on one otherwise collectibe commemorative that happened to be in the random sample.
Because Oxfam Canada has kiloware donors in Canada, there are plenty of good USA-to-Canada rates in the mix, which would not be expected in USA-based charity mixtures.
